Our Launch Date - January 20, 2026 A Statement of Purpose Welcome to Juniper Press. We will open our doors on this day, January 20th, 2026, with purpose. This date marks the 1st anniversary of an executive action that sought to restrict the rights and erase the lived experiences of transgender and non-binary people. The most powerful response to an act of restriction is an act of creation. The most potent antidote to erasure is joyful, permanent visibility. That is why, on this day, we are launching Juniper Press as a new, permanent home for "Trans Created Art." Our mission is to do the exact opposite of that order: to celebrate, validate, and amplify the voices, stories, and experiences of the trans and non-binary community. This launch will be our statement. It is a declaration that this art is essential, these artists are valued, and this community is our home. Thank you for standing with us in this act of joyful, creative resistance.
